At Brian Center Southpoint, our inpatient and outpatient therapy programs are complete with a full range of amenities to make our patients as comfortable as possible. It is our goal to make patients feel like the Brian Center is their home away from home!

On-Site Physicians

Brian Center Southpoint’s on-site physicians are available six to seven days per week for our patients receiving both outpatient and inpatient therapy in Durham. A physician is on call at all times to ensure that our patients receive the care they need in case of an emergency.

Entertainment

Brian Center Southpoint makes it a priority to provide our patients with comfort and privacy while making them feel at-home. We believe this makes a difference in the quality of life and anticipated recovery of our patients. We offer cable television through Time Warner Cable of Durham and free wireless internet to patients, which allows them to remain connected with loved ones while they are visiting or staying with us!

Excellent taste and good nutrition are important to all of our patients. Brian Center Southpoint delivers a distinctive dining program in our community through continued investment and research in culinary systems and training to ensure the best dining experiences for our patients.

At Brian Center Southpoint, we pride ourselves on the fabulous dining experiences that we provide. To that end, we recruit and hire the most highly trained and experienced food preparers we can find. We use only the freshest meat, seafood, produce, herbs, and spices.

Our commitment to patient satisfaction is evident in our Mediterranean-style dining room and servery. It is a very warm, colorful and inviting space in which the patients will feel very much at home. That, coupled with our desire to take advantage of the latest technology in meal delivery and service, makes us the premier place to eat among the senior care and rehabilitation communities in the Triangle region of North Carolina.

We strive to offer residents plenty of choices in their dining experience. Not only does our staff tailor their menus to the traditional cuisine of their local area, each menu also is designed to highlight seasonal specialties. Be sure to stop by our dining room sometime and “see what’s cooking!”

Flexible Hours and Scheduling

Brian Center Southpoint is conveniently open 7 days a week for our patients receiving outpatient and impatient therapy in Durham. The rehab gym is open Monday through Friday at 6AM, and 7AM on Saturday and Sunday. The gym stays open until 8PM or until we have met all our patients’ needs for the day. We have therapists working throughout all these hours as well, so you can pick a time that is the most convenient for you to schedule your therapy sessions.

Private Baths and Suites

We believe that providing our patients with privacy and comfort makes a difference in their recovery and overall quality of life, so that is why we offer private baths and suites, pending availability. We want our patients to feel comfortable and at-home when they are recovering at Brian Center Southpoint. We offer 71 private suites, designed as a home-away-from-home to our patients.

Rehab Gym

Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym has a full range of the best equipment for our patients receiving outpatient and impatient therapy in Durham. Whether its top-of-the-line workout machines and equipment like a commercial gym, or more passive equipment like Ultrasound Treatments or Electric Stimulation Therapy, our rehab gym was designed to meet our patients’ needs.
