Brian Center of Durham is proud to announce that we received the Excellence In Action Award from My InnerView for the 2013 survey year! The Excellence in Action Customer Satisfaction Award recognizes nursing homes that have made a commitment to continuous quality improvement to better serve the needs of both their customers & employees.
My InnerView believes that the quality of healthcare should be recognized, which is why they conduct the annual Excellence in Action award. For six consecutive years, the Excellence in Action Awards has been administered to recognize skilled nursing homes that earn superior resident and employee satisfaction.
The Excellence in Action award is presented to My InnerView client facilities in 2013 that:
Completed a customer (Resident & Family Experience) or workforce (Employee Engagement) satisfaction survey during calendar year 2012, using standard facility instruments (may or may not include custom questions).
Received a minimum of 10 responses, with a minimum 30% response rate.
Scored in the top 10% of qualifying facilities on the question "What is your recommendation of this facility to others?" in terms of percentage of respondents rating the facility as "excellent" (customer satisfaction award).
My InnerView awarded a little over 300 of these awards to nursing homes this year. The Brian Center of Durham is proud to be among the nursing homes that received this award. We are grateful to be recognized for our commitment to quality!
